What is Root Cause Therapy?
Root cause therapy is a healing practice that aims to identify and treat the underlying causes of a person's symptoms. It uses a variety of techniques, including:
Guided imagery
Breathwork
Regression and progression practices
Emotional release
Subconscious programming
Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)
Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)
Hypnotherapy
The goal of root cause therapy is to help people process unprocessed emotions so that they no longer cause unwanted thoughts, behaviors, or symptoms.

Lucy can see through to the cause of issues. She made me feel seen and heard at all times, even when I felt like I was going crazy.
