Part 1: Perception is NOT reality

Recently give 3 examples where you saw something differently to somebody else - write out what you think their perception was and why?

Recently when you have held yourself back from something - ask yourself what did you make the scenario mean?

Part 2: Judgement Diary

  • What is the most common theme you judge others on?

  • What is the most common theme on judging yourself?

  • Keep a judgement diary for a week and notice what you log ..

  • Example - in your judgement of somebody from your log where is the experience a mirror for yourself and where you judge yourself?

  • Example in your judgement of somebody from your log where is the experience something you used to do?




    Part 3: Forgiveness

  • What events or situations do you need to let go of?

  • Who do you most need to forgive?

  • Why don’t you believe they need forgiveness?

  • Where do you need to forgive yourself?

  • Why don’t you believe you deserve forgiveness?




Part 4: Re-write the story

Choose 3 experiences of your past that you keep telling today and re-write and reframe them in a positive or progressive light.



Gratitude Exercise

Keep a daily gratitude or Love list of 8-10 things for the next week and see how you feel!

Notice what comes up and if the same thing keeps repeating try to think of something new!
