Client Arbonne Disclosure and Waiver

 I, ___Insert name in the form below__ (hereinafter “I” or “Client”) confirm that I am purchasing access into all products and programmes sold by by Lucy ‘Superfox’ Majury (nee Walton), Superfox Nation Ltd. for the purpose of gaining education, knowledge, and support in growing myself and / or non Arbonne® business. I understand Lucy ‘Superfox’ Majury (nee Walton) of Superfox Nation Ltd is currently ranked with Arbonne®; however, this coaching is being provided as a completely separate educational opportunity outside of and wholly unrelated to starting, growing, or maintaining an Arbonne® business. All products and programmes sold by Lucy Superfox are wholly unrelated to the Arbonne® business run by Lucy ‘Superfox’ Majury (nee Walton), and is a completely different venture for which there is no education or coaching provided for Arbonne®. While Client is currently a consultant with Arbonne®, Client understands and agrees that all products and programmes sold by Lucy Superfox are a separate program, and is in no way related to nor being purchased to grow his/her Arbonne® consulting business.

I as the Client confirm I am receiving complimentary coaching, education, and support through my Arbonne® upline, and am purchasing all products and programmes sold by Lucy Superfox in order to support and grow an additional, external business/myself and I operate as an entrepreneur running my own business, wholly outside of and separate from Arbonne®. I have not had any conversations nor discussions with Lucy ‘Superfox’ Majury (nee Walton) regarding using all / any products and programmes sold by Lucy Superfox to grow my Arbonne® business, nor do I intend to do so.

Client understands and agrees all products and programmes sold by Lucy Superfox have nothing to do with Arbonne®, provides no information, education, or resources relating to starting or growing an Arbonne® consulting business, and is offered as a business /personal coaching program only, designed to help business owners and corporate executives accelerate and grow themselves and or their non Arbonne® business. All products and programmes sold by Lucy Superfox are not right for nor meant to serve the direct sales market, and I as the Client confirm I am purchasing all / any products and programmes sold by Lucy Superfox to grow my business and self unrelated to Arbonne®.  Should anyone have any questions relating to the all products and programmes sold by Lucy Superfox or request confirmation that it is wholly separate from Arbonne®, I will cooperate in any necessary way in order to confirm that information.
