Part 1: What do you really want?

Choose 3 areas of life from this list and get really clear on what you want!

Not from a place of lack, need or expectation but what do you DESIRE!

  • Money Goals

  • Body Goals

  • Health Goals

  • Career Goals

  • Family

  • Relationships

    Get really specific! Not about the how but about the detail - so if you want more money how much? A month? A year? By when? Be loose about the ‘how’ it’s going to come (ideally forget the how altogether at the moment). So if there were no rules and no expectations what would you desire?

Part 2: Do the work to believe you can have it?

  • What in me believes these goals aren’t possible?

  • What in me has restrictions or doubt about how these goals could happen?

  • Is this true for every single person who ever walked planet earth?

  • Why do I feel this way?

  • Where did these beliefs come from?

  • What would a person who has the thing I want believe about this?

  • What could be a more true belief for me ? How could I take a step towards this?

  • Create bridging beliefs - a baby step from the negative to the positive!

  • Write the story of how you want the next 12 months to go as if you’re 12 months ahead!



    Part 3: Making Space

  • Where in my life am I blocking receiving?

  • What am I not willing to receive?

  • Where do I need to make space for my goals to come?

  • Where do I need to organise my time better?

  • Where do I need to prioritise more?

  • Where am I keeping myself busy to avoid receiving?

  • Where do I feel blocked in my energy?

Part 4: Inspired Action

  • Where in my day can I create space / time to allow my intuition to come through?

  • What action / activities do I need to do that I love to do to feel deserving of my goals? Include each of the 3 areas!

  • Why don’t I take action on nudges when they come through?

Part 5: Trusting the Process

The key to trusting the process is fully embodying steps 1-4.

Where am I not clear on what I want?

Where do I still need to work on my beliefs?

Where am I not making space?

Where am I not taking action?

Where do I keep breaking the momentum?

Where in my life have I trusted the process? and why?

Where in my life have I always kept sabotaging or quitting and why?

How can I change this?
