Part 1: Daily Rituals

What is your morning ritual? How can you shift and change this to serve you?

What is your evening ritual? How can you shift and change this to serve and support you?

Consider including:

  • Journal prompts

  • Gratitude / Love lists

  • Affirmations

  • Mission statements

  • Meditation

  • Visualisation

  • Audio

  • Reading

  • Music

  • Movement / Exercise

  • Hydration / supplementation

Part 2: Your Wellbeing & Lifestyle

  • What is a habit around food that isn’t serving you?

  • Why do you believe you developed this habit?

  • What feeling are you seeking in the continuation of this habit?

  • Where and how would you like to improve your relationship with food / your body and why?

  • Do you exercise? If so - to extremes or to feel good?

  • How could you incorporate more low level exercise to feel good into your life?

  • How could you improve your general health? How you could improve the quality of what you’re consuming / living?



    Part 3: Your Central Nervous System

  • What do you do every single day to relax?

  • If nothing (this used to be me) what can you and will you include starting in small ways? (You could include Music, Naps, Meditation, Yoga, Stretching, Baths)

  • What do you every single day to feel joy?

  • What can you do to feel more joy in your everyday life?

  • What do you everyday to regulate your systems? E.G eat at similar times, sleep at a set time, no phone after 10pm.

  • What can you do more of to regulate your mind and body?

  • How can you change / shift your daily environment to be more supportive of your goals and healing?

Part 4: Integrity

  • Where in your life do you always keep your word?

  • Where in life do you always ‘sabotage’ or let yourself or others down?

  • Where in life do you judge or doubt yourself?

Part 5: Baby Steps

The key to success when it comes to Confidence and Healing, is about sustainability. Something we can repeat over and over and over and over until it becomes part of who we are. When it becomes part of who we are, it happens as an extension of your daily life without ‘trying’.

Look back at your answers to this entire module and look at where you’re trying to make huge quantum leaps, going with an all or nothing mindset and revisit them with a sustainability approach in mind.
