    Part 3: Your Central Nervous System

  • Where in life are you in fight mode?

  • Where in life are you in flight mode?

  • Where in life are you in freeze mode?

  • Where have you created numbing behaviours?

  • How does this numbing behaviour serve you?


Part 4: Your Baseline

Choose your 3 most important areas in life .. what could your baseline be? Your baseline is the core activity, what moves the needle, delivers most of the results and is usually simple and just needs repeating.
